If you have ordered your vehicle directly through BYD Automotive, a BYD Automotive Product Specialist will contact you to confirm your allocation and eligibility. If you have ordered your vehicle through Smart^TM, we will contact you to confirm such allocation and eligibility. The Rebate will be processed as an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the Eligible customer’s designated bank account. The Rebate will be issued 30 days after the completion of an official Cashback Application Form, which will be emailed to customers by BYD within 7 days of vehicle delivery. Customers must complete the official Cashback Application Form no later than 31 July 2026. If the Cashback Application Form is not submitted by this time, the customer will not be eligible for the Cashback.
