The way you log in to your Smart account is changing. On 30 August, we're introducing multi-factor authentication as part of the log in process, and you’ll need to set up your digital identity. This will help to keep your details secure and protected.
From 30 August, you’ll be asked to create a unique password as part of your digital identity, which must be at least 8 characters and a mix of upper and lower case letters and numbers. This could only take a couple of minutes.
After this change is introduced, you'll need to enter your email address, password and the one-time PIN sent to your mobile, each time you log in to your Smart account.
When you change your password, you will not be allowed to use your previous 5 passwords.
