How the card works
Just decide the amount you want added to your card each pay, and this will be deducted from your pre-tax salary. Once the funds are added you can use your card wherever Mastercard is accepted.
If you're packaging both everyday living expenses and meal entertainment, you don’t have to select different accounts to make sure the right funds from your card balance are used. This happens automatically (it’s triggered by merchant and transaction details).
How to get your card
If you’re not already a Smart customer, you will need to apply for salary packaging and a Smart Salary Packaging and Meal Entertainment Mastercard.
If you're already packaging, make sure you're logged in to your online account, then select 'Add benefit' and follow the prompts.
